Aromatherapy Massage
1 hr. – The philosophy behind this one hour treatment is based on holistic approach to relaxation through aromatherapy. In cultures of all countries, people believe in the power of essential oils applied to the skin for healing. We use Living Young brand of oils whitch is one of most recognized oil brand in the whole world. Please tell your technician if you want to rejuvenate or calm your body. Aromatherapy candles or insenc will be burning during your treatment to enhance the effect of Aromatherapy.
Bindi
This treatment is inspired by traditions from India. A pre- treatment consultation will identify your Dosha, based upon your emotional and physical makeup. After your Dosha is established your therapist will exfoliate your dry skin from entire body using required combination of herbs and oils. I hr traditional massage techniques, combined with specific oils, create a harmonious relationship among the three Doshas- Pitta (Fire), Vata (Air), and Kapha (Earth & Water)- promoting a sense of well- being through holistic therapy.

Dream Catcher Aromatherapy
90 min - With this 90 minute treatment, our guests experience a brilliant chakra boost with a session that incorporates purified oils from young living placed on each chakra of the body. First, the client lies face-down on the table and two drops of cedar wood oil are applied to the root chakra at the base of the spine, which corresponds to stability. Next, oil is dripped sequentially on seven specific chakras – patchouli on the sacral chakra for wealth; lavender on the solar plexus chakra for self-empowerment; rosewood on the heart chakra for love; eucalyptus on the throat chakra for communication; bergamot on the third-eye chakra for vision; and lemongrass on the crown chakra, located at the very top of the head, for blessings. Lotus oil is then applied to the energy field around the client to promote wholeness. Next, warm basalt stones are rested on each of the chakras, and the client is draped before a scalp massage is performed. The hands and feet are then enveloped in warm mitts following hand and foot massages. The stones are then removed and the session ends with a complete body massage. From start to finish, it’s a truly heavenly experience.
Deep Tissue Massage
Restore deep layers of muscle tissue embedded with everyday stress, chronic patterns of tension and lactic acid built up. Stationary Cupping20 min - Cupping is an ancient therapy which was widely used in folk medicine around the world and is still used by modern practitioners. Cupping is a particularly useful therapy for the treatment of muscular aches and pains such as back ache, frozen shoulder and so on.Cupping involves the application of glass cups to specific areas of the body, this is achieved by holding a small flame inside the cup to create a vacuum. The cups are then placed quickly on the skin over the point or area to be treated and left in place for up to 15 minutes. This causes the skin to be sucked up into the cup encouraging the flow of Qi and blood and clearing local stagnation. Occasionally moving cupping will be applied, this requires a layer of oil to be applied to the Skin before the cups, this allows the cups to slide over the skin, applying suction to a large area to draw out the 'evil Qi'.Cupping causes blood to be drawn into the small blood vessels just below the skin and may cause purple wheals or bruises to form for a short time.
Cupping is particularly useful for moving stagnant Qi and blood I and expelling exterior pathogens such as wind and damp. It is used for musculo-skeletal problems and often for conditions such as asthma, colds and flu.

Reflexology
Hand or Feet 40 min or Hand and Feet 60 min Reflexology is an oriental technique of massaging, based on believing that all the organs in our body have corresponding points on our feet and hands. By applying pressure to theses points, all the organs will be restored and will therefore function better. Our reflexology concentrates on relaxation, not healing specific diseases. Please be sure to ask for a private room when booking and this treatment and make sure you book it well in advance, since we are a very busy place. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are our quietest days and create the best environment for reflexology treatment.
Chair massage
5 or 15 min. – Is a unique way to relax your mind and body when you have just few minutes for yourself. You don't take your clothes off. Renu skilled therapists know where your discomfort comes from and can eliminate it even in 5 minutes.
