I am 100% in favor of acupuncture and if you are looking for an expert I will recommend Rina Zeid at Northshore Chinese Medicine 847-809-1200. She is not only a great acupuncturist but also fantastic psychologist and healer. I love her.
If you are afraid of needles, Chinese medicine has a technique for you- it is acupressure called also finger acupuncture. I have a technician who mastered that art. Her name is Fen, she works here Tuesdays and Fridays from 10-7. The rest of the week she spends on studying Chinese Medicine at school in Wisconsin.
Heal yourself naturally.
